AMADA GmbH is the German sales and service subsidiary of AMADA Co., Ltd. of Japan, established in 1972 in Dusseldorf and now headquartered at the company's Solution Center in Haan, Germany. It is a wholly owned unit of the Japanese parent and covers the German, Austrian, and Dutch markets, with an additional technical center in Eching near Landshut.
The company supplies sheet metal processing machinery spanning fiber laser cutting systems, punching machines, punch-laser combination machines, press brake and bending equipment, robotic laser welding cells, stamping and forming presses, band saw and circular saw machines and blades, and milling and grinding equipment. It also provides automation add-ons such as pallet changers and robotic material handling for unattended production, along with CAD/CAM software, tooling, spare parts, used-machine sales, and Industry 4.0 connectivity tools for shop-floor data integration.
Across Europe, the AMADA group employs approximately 1,500 people, and AMADA GmbH operates its Haan headquarters alongside the Eching technical center to support customers with application testing and after-sales service.
