On August 10, Yushu Technology officially launched its IPO on the STAR Market, marking the debut of the first humanoid robot stock in A-shares with a valuation of approximately 60.99 billion yuan. The issue price was set at 150.80 yuan per share, resulting in a diluted price-to-earnings ratio of 219 times. The total funds raised are expected to be around 6.099 billion yuan.
The IPO attracted significant interest, with 9.7846 million valid subscriptions and an oversubscription rate exceeding 8,288 times, triggering a reallocation mechanism that led to a final winning rate of just 0.0181%. Notably, institutional investors showed strong confidence, with zero cancellations from professional institutions, while retail investors accounted for the minimal cancellations.
Looking ahead, Yushu Technology's strategic partnership with the Chengdu government aims to enhance research and development in embodied intelligence. As the sector evolves from concept to performance validation, the valuation landscape for robotics in the Hong Kong market is expected to shift significantly, with Yushu's IPO serving as a benchmark for future entrants in the field.
