Suzhou maker of Zeroth consumer robots, founded 2024: M1 home humanoid, W1 tracked carrier, Jupiter humanoid; over 30,000 units on order in 2026.
Zeroth is the consumer robot brand of Suzhou JoyIn Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a company based in Suzhou, China, that Chinese media refer to as Lexiang Technology. It was founded in 2024 by Guo Renjie, previously executive president for China at the robot vacuum maker Dreame. The company builds humanoid and mobile robots for homes, schools and light commercial use and develops the underlying components, motion control and AI models in-house, including its own micro joint actuators and integrated drive modules, with reducers, IMUs and multimodal sensors sourced from domestic supply chains.
The product line launched internationally at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. M1 is a desk-sized home humanoid, 494 mm tall with a robot body weight of 6.17 lb, that walks in bipedal mode or rides a wheeled mobility base, maps the home with an LDS LiDAR and uses an iTOF depth sensor, camera, IMU and a three-microphone array. It is pitched at fall detection, safety checks, reminders and scam prevention for older adults, interactive learning for children and pet monitoring, and as a 20-degree-of-freedom reinforcement learning platform for developers; the M1 EDU Combo is listed at USD 2,499 with shipping in Q4 2026. W1 is a tracked outdoor mobile robot weighing 28 kg that follows its owner, carries up to 20 kg, tows 50 kg, climbs 20-degree slopes and doubles as a mobile security patrol and power bank, listed at USD 7,999. Jupiter is a full-size humanoid, 165 cm tall, that runs in teleoperated or autonomous modes for training, simulation and front-of-house service, listed at USD 89,999. The company also sells N1, a home collaborative robot with a detachable dexterous arm, in China, and produces a WALL-E robot licensed from Disney and Pixar; an A1 quadruped was shown as a concept.
Its embodied model, Aether, has about 4 billion parameters and was trained on roughly 200 hours of human video with no real-robot data. In September 2026 the company used it to drive two humanoid robots through an outdoor barbecue service livestreamed from Shanghai for more than an hour, which it presented as a cross-embodiment test.
The company states that its angel financing exceeded USD 70 million at a valuation above USD 351 million as of October 2025, across three rounds led by IDG Capital, Jinqiu Fund and Eastern Bell Capital, with Monolith, Matrix Partners, ZhenFund, Hongshan China Seed Fund and Vitalbridge Capital participating. In July 2026 it closed a Pre-A round of nearly CNY 500 million led by Ant Group with Geely Capital, 37 Interactive Entertainment and Yuanhe Puhua, taking cumulative funding to about CNY 1 billion. The announcement reported an order backlog above 30,000 units and first-half 2026 revenue growth of 600 percent year on year. Zeroth exhibited at CES 2026, AWE 2026 in Shanghai and IFA Berlin 2026.
