The servo and motion product lines include the Sigma series AC servo motors and amplifiers, which are widely deployed in precision motion applications such as machine tools, semiconductor equipment, packaging machinery, and printing presses. Motion controllers encompass multi-axis coordinated control platforms designed to interface with Yaskawa servo systems as well as third-party drives. The company also markets electromagnetic contactors, reed switches, relays, and proximity switches as complementary control products.
Yaskawa Electric Corporation globally has manufactured more than 35 million inverter drives and 25 million AC servo units. The parent company employs approximately 15,000 people across offices in 30 countries. In the United States, Yaskawa America operates a Solutions Center to assist engineers with application design and product selection. Technical support, field service, repair, exchange, and training programs are available to end users and OEM customers throughout the Americas.
