XYZ Embodied AI Co., Ltd. (Xingyuanzhi) was founded on August 1, 2025, and is incubated by the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI). The company is headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing, with technical leadership from BAAI and Peking University and commercial leadership from the autonomous-driving industry.
The company builds domain controllers and compute platforms for robots under a split architecture: an embodied "big brain" for perception and task planning, and a "small brain" for navigation and manipulation. Its T5 controller, built on NVIDIA Jetson Thor, delivers 2070 TFLOPS from a Blackwell-architecture GPU with a 14-core Arm Neoverse-V3AE CPU and a TriCore MCU rated to ASIL-D safety, plus 128 GB of LPDDR5x memory and 2 TB of storage. The company also sells B-series computing backpacks and, since June 2026, the omega-EVA embodied world model, for uses spanning shelf picking, quadruped inspection, guided tours, elderly care, restaurant service, and warehouse loading and unloading.
Named partners include AgiBot (Zhiyuan Robotics), whose Genie G2 robot runs on the T5 controller, CHOHO Industrial, and EP Equipment, whose Zhongli forklifts got a T5-based loading solution in 2026. XYZ raised seed funding in 2025, an angel-plus round above RMB 100 million in December 2025, and a Pre-A round in June 2026, reaching roughly RMB 1 billion within ten months.
