"We partner with Innovators"
Tokyo humanoid integrator (est. 2024) bringing physical-AI robots, simulation training and Prevu3D factory digital twins to Japanese manufacturers.
TRON K.K. is a Tokyo-based physical-AI and humanoid robot integration company founded in April 2024 by CEO Kei Wajima. It works with Japanese manufacturers to select, train and deploy humanoid robots and to build digital twins of their factories, describing its role as bringing advanced technologies from domestic and overseas vendors into Japanese production sites. Before founding TRON, Wajima, a University of Tokyo graduate, produced smartphone games at Imagineer and from 2017 handled business development for factory-automation robotics and IIoT at Links Inc., where he also set up a Thai subsidiary.
Humanoid robot business. TRON offers end-to-end support from robot selection to AI training. In simulation, it builds humanoid applications using reinforcement learning, vision-language-action (VLA) and robot foundation models, autonomous navigation, NVIDIA Isaac Lab, ROS 2 and natural-language instruction, before moving them onto real hardware. Its humanoid system-integration service then deploys these applications on physical robots for tasks such as patrol monitoring, picking and jig setting, and the company introduces and brokers hardware from overseas robot makers. Robot brands tagged in its news include Unitree, LimX Dynamics, Booster Robotics, Dexmate and Lightberry, and a Japanese startup database records that TRON planned to sell LimX Dynamics full-size humanoids as of December 2025. TRON states that it is a member of the NVIDIA Omniverse Partner Council Japan, and NVIDIA's 2026 announcement on Japanese physical-AI companies building on NVIDIA Cosmos says TRON is developing manufacturing data workflows for task-specific physical-AI models in assembly, picking, inspection and material handling, plus factory 3D digitisation workflows, and intends to join the related industry coalition. A Humanoids Summit speaker biography describes TRON as a Trusted Tester for Google's Gemini Robotics and the official Japan partner of Scale AI for robotics data.
Data foundry. At its robot lab in the STATION Ai startup centre in Nagoya, TRON is building a 'data foundry' that records human workers' motion data as a training-data base for developing and deploying humanoid robots; this work was covered by the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun in September 2026 and by RoboStep in August 2026. In September 2026 the company presented its physical-AI work with Denso to Prince and Princess Akishino.
Virtual factory business. Alongside robotics, TRON digitises real factories and plants with Prevu3D, software that automatically converts point-cloud scans of large facilities into lightweight, textured colour-mesh 3D digital twins. Customers use these for layout planning, remote maintenance, IoT data visualisation, piping management and factory drawings, with the aim of cutting production-preparation and maintenance hours. TRON presents the virtual factory and humanoid businesses as linked: the digital twin is the environment in which humanoid applications are simulated before real deployment.
Company. Headquarters are at Miyamasuzaka Building 609, 2-19-15 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, with the robot lab at STATION Ai 5F, 1-2-32 Tsurumai, Showa-ku, Nagoya. The company reports paid-in capital of 9.5 million yen and 15 employees as of September 2025. Wajima spoke on humanoids and physical AI for Japanese manufacturing competitiveness at Humanoids Summit Tokyo 2026.
