Track3D is a construction technology company that provides an AI-based reality intelligence platform for automated progress tracking and visual documentation of construction projects. It was founded as ConstructN in January 2022 and rebranded as Track3D in August 2024. The company lists its headquarters in Milpitas, California, and its leadership includes co-founder and CEO Chaitanya NK, COO Kiran Gutta and CTO Vineeth Kumar Paruchuri, who are named as founders in funding announcements. The company says it had more than 120 team members as of July 2025.
The platform ingests reality capture data from 360-degree camera walkthroughs, drone video and imagery, standard site photos, laser-scan point clouds and LiDAR-enabled mobile phones, and uses computer vision and machine learning to measure installed work. VisualTrack provides unified visual documentation, with visuals available about 30 minutes after capture. ProgressTrack quantifies installed work by activity and maps progress against the project schedule, producing progress painted on drawings, trend charts comparing trade-partner productivity, schedule delay predictions and shareable reports; data is processed within 4 to 24 hours, and the company advertises progress in as fast as six hours under its current commercial model, which includes visual documentation at no additional cost. DeviationTrack, for comparing installed work against plan, is listed as coming soon. A BIM model is not required to start, and the platform integrates with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Autodesk Forma), Fieldwire and Microsoft SSO. Track3D also offers iOS and Android capture apps.
Track3D's customers include ENR top contractors such as Hensel Phelps and Performance Contracting, and the company reports multi-year enterprise agreements signed in 2025 with a top-15 ENR 400 general contractor and a top-10 ENR 600 specialty contractor. Its platform has been used on more than 400 projects. Customer results quoted on its website include 15% coordination time saved, 12% better schedule adherence and 20% lower rework cost.
The company raised a US$4.3 million seed round led by Endiya Partners in September 2024, with Shadow Ventures and Monta Vista Capital participating, and a US$10 million Series A in September 2025 led by Ironspring Ventures with Zacua Ventures as co-lead, bringing total funding to US$14.3 million.
