Hefei Tongzhi Electromechanical Control Technology Co., Ltd., commonly referred to as Tongzhi Electromechanical, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen-listed Jiangsu Galaxy Electronics Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 002519). The subsidiary was formally established on October 26, 2009, building on an operating history that traces back to a predecessor business founded in October 2000, and it is based in the Hefei High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Anhui province, at No. 66 Yonghe Road, on a site of roughly 30 acres.
