Shanghai Slamtec Technology Co., Ltd. (SLAMTEC) was founded in 2013 in Shanghai, China, by Jacky Li and Ling Lin. All models are Class 1 laser-safe and support standard ROS/ROS2 interfaces.
The second product line is SLAMWARE, a modular hardware-software navigation system that integrates SLAM mapping with path-planning. SLAMWARE generates maps with up to 5 cm resolution, requires only 5 V power plus RPLIDAR input, and provides APIs for third-party robot integration. The third line is ZEUS, a general-purpose mobile service robot platform built on RPLIDAR and SLAMWARE.
SLAMTEC ships to over 20 countries across Asia, Europe, and North America. The company reports more than 2,000 enterprise customers and more than 100,000 individual users of its products. Its sensors and navigation modules are widely used in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), service robots, and research platforms.
