Serendix is a Japanese construction technology startup headquartered in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. The company gained international attention in March 2022 when it completed Japan's first 3D-printed house—the "serendix10"—in approximately 23 hours. The serendix10 is a compact spherical dwelling designed to be disaster-resistant and affordable.
