Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited, branded Gangzai Robot in Chinese, is a Hong Kong-based company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under code 00370, on which its shares have traded since 1996. It previously traded as Guohua Holdings and took its current name in 2025 after repositioning around embodied-AI robots. The pivot started in February 2025 with a joint venture with CloudMinds, the Chinese cloud-robotics company, in which the listed group holds 51 percent and CloudMinds 49 percent. In September 2025 the group signed a technology licence with CloudMinds covering about 1,780 patents and 110 software copyrights for Greater China. The licence is exclusive for the humanoid robot operating system, the cloud brain platform and robot operating technology, and non-exclusive for humanoid smart-joint technology and other core hardware. The company says this lets it develop, build and maintain its own humanoid robots in Hong Kong for education, healthcare, elderly care and property management, and its stated aim is to become a full-stack robot operator and service provider, working on an order-driven model in the Greater Bay Area and Yangtze River Delta.

The software platform is branded HARIX. HARIX OS is a cloud robot operating system combining vision, voice and motion AI on a 3D digital twin; HARIX AGI is an embodied-intelligence model layer that connects to mainstream foundation models for multimodal interaction and decision-making; HARIX RDK is an open kit for developing, simulating and training cloud robot applications and skills; and HARIX RCU is a robot control unit that links robots to HARIX OS and aggregates their sensor data. The robot line-up on the official site has three machines: Gangzai No. 1 Cloud Ginger, a cloud-connected service humanoid with dexterous hands driven by intelligent compliant actuators; Gangzai No. 2 Cloud Ranger, an autonomously navigating patrol robot for property security and campus patrols; and Gangzai No. 3 Cloud Buddy, a general-purpose humanoid aimed at commercial, healthcare, home and industrial settings. Cloudia, a digital-human avatar, is also offered. No dimensions, degrees of freedom or battery figures are published.

The main commercial use so far is healthcare. With Meinian Health the company has opened AI proactive health centres in Beijing, Shenzhen's Nanshan district and Chengdu, in which humanoid robots and AI work alongside health-check equipment for self-service screening and follow-up, and it has partnered with BGI Genomics on smart-community elderly care. Its traditional Chinese medicine model HKR_TCM_HW_v2 is reported to have topped the MedBench evaluation. Other announced projects are charging robots with Country Garden Services, autonomous mobile charging robots with BYD Energy Storage, and mobile energy-storage robots with battery-swap firm Phoenix Technology. The group also has smart property management and EV charging businesses. For the year to 31 March 2026 it reported revenue of HK$186 million, up 75.3 percent, and a loss attributable to owners of HK$178 million.

The company's Hong Kong office is at Tower 6, The Gateway, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, with a mainland office in the Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Ecological Park in Nanshan.
