Fulin Precision Co., Ltd. is a listed Chinese manufacturer of precision automotive components headquartered in the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Park of Fucheng District, Mianyang, Sichuan Province. The company was registered in November 1997, converted into a joint-stock company in August 2010 and listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in March 2015 under the ticker 300432. Its website presents the business under the FULIN P.M. mark.

The company built its reputation on engine valve-train parts. Its official product catalogue lists hydraulic valve tappets, variable valve timing (VVT) systems and other precision engine parts, together with newer electrification products: vehicle reducers for electric drivetrains, electronic water pumps for thermal management, and lithium battery cathode materials. Automotive components and cathode materials remain the bulk of group revenue, so robotics is a new business line inside a large industrial group rather than a standalone robot company.

Fulin's robotics effort centres on the intelligent electric joint, the actuator module that combines a motor, drive electronics and a precision reducer and that typically represents a large share of a humanoid robot's bill of materials. According to company statements reported by the Chinese financial press, a dedicated robot electric joint R&D team was formed in 2023, and a robot joint laboratory and production line were formally established in May 2025. The team has developed joint platforms using four transmission types - planetary, harmonic, linear and cycloidal - intended to cover the head, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, waist, hip and knee joints of humanoid robots as well as the leg drive joints of quadruped robots. The company has also developed the flexspline, the thin-walled flexible gear at the heart of a harmonic reducer, in house, and has redesigned a gripper joint for handling robots with a higher-torque second generation.

The robotics push is closely tied to AgiBot (Zhiyuan Robotics). In October 2024 Fulin announced a humanoid robot application framework agreement with Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang Technology and Juxing New Materials. In February 2025 it agreed to take a 20% stake in Chengdu Anu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture with AgiBot and other partners focused on robot application solutions, in which Fulin's role is supplying precision reducers and electric joints. Press reports describe Fulin supplying electric joints to AgiBot and co-optimising designs, with AgiBot handling and scanning robots used in Fulin's own Mianyang assembly workshops. Samples have also been sent to several other humanoid robot makers for validation.

Capacity has been built in stages. A November 2024 convertible bond plan allocated RMB 90 million to a robot integrated electric joint project focused on R&D and testing, and the company announced a RMB 110 million research and production base in Fucheng District that includes a joint module line. Management has described a 150,000-unit-per-year pilot line for robot electric joints and a long-term target of 500,000 units per year. In March 2026 Fulin set up a wholly owned subsidiary, Sichuan Banqiao Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd., with RMB 50 million in registered capital to carry the robot business, and its joint modules were reported to be in small-batch production and delivery by September 2026. The robot joint laboratory has more than 59 staff, with motor and control teams led by PhD engineers.

For robot builders, Fulin offers the combination of an established automotive-grade precision machining and gear manufacturing base with a humanoid-specific joint product line that spans the main reducer architectures used in humanoid and legged robots.
