Dobot Robotics is a Shenzhen-based collaborative robot manufacturer founded on July 30, 2015, headquartered at Floors 9, 10, 14 and 24, Building 2, Chongwen Park, Nanshan Zhiyuan, Liuxian Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. In December 2024, Dobot became the first Chinese cobot manufacturer to go public, listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under ticker 2432.HK, raising approximately USD 87 million in its IPO.
Dobot holds 13.0–13.2% global collaborative robot market share by shipment volume (2023–2025), ranking first among all cobot companies in China and among the top two globally. The DOBOT Atom is the company's first humanoid robot, featuring dexterous five-finger hands and a straight-knee gait, priced at 199,000 yuan (approximately USD 27,500) and entering global delivery in 2025. Core in-house technologies include AI, intelligent sensing, SafeSkin collision protection, and the AI-Cobot platform X-Trainer.
Certifications obtained include CE, NRTL (SGS NA Listed Mark), ISO 13849 PLd, ISO/TS 15066, and in February 2026, SGS awarded Dobot a Verification of Conformity confirming full compliance with the cybersecurity elements of ISO 10218-1:2025. The company has been ranked China's #1 cobot exporter for seven consecutive years.
