Atomrobot, legally named Chenxing (Tianjin) Automation Equipment Co., Ltd, is a Tianjin-based industrial robot manufacturer founded in 2013. The company originated from the Parallel Robot R&D team of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Tianjin University, with Professor Huang Tian and Professor Wang Tianmiao from Beihang University appointed as chief scientists. Atomrobot's primary product lines are delta (parallel) robots, SCARA robots, and cobot palletizers, which are primarily deployed for high-speed handling, sorting, and filling in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and electronics industries.
The company's delta robot family — branded under series designations such as D3P, D3PM, D4, and D5 — supports payloads and cycle rates suited for small-part picking in packaging lines. The SCARA model M07BD targets precision assembly tasks. Its cobot palletizer solution is marketed as a flexible, economical end-of-line palletizing alternative to traditional fixed automation.
Atomrobot operates a production base of 8,000 square meters in Tianjin Binhai New District — self-described as the largest parallel robot production base in China — with an annual production capacity of approximately 5,000 units. The company employs around 150 people, of whom more than 80 are engaged in R&D. Subsidiaries and sales offices are located in Wujiang (Suzhou, Jiangsu Province), and Dongguan (Guangdong Province).
Atomrobot has served nearly 300 to 600 large-scale enterprise customers and has shipped over 6,000 robot units globally, operating across more than 10 countries. The company holds 42 invention patents, 30 utility model patents, 6 software copyrights, 3 design patents, and 9 core technology certifications, as well as more than 40 honorary titles and certificates.
