GLroad (Wuhan Glory Road Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese humanoid robotics company founded in 2018 and headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The company specializes in developing industrial humanoid robots with a focus on heavy-load carrying capabilities for demanding environments. Its flagship product, the Laborer-1 (known as Da Zhuang in China), stands 1.8 meters tall, weighs 95 kg, has 31 degrees of freedom, and is capable of carrying payloads of 40-60 kg — among the highest payload capacities of any humanoid robot.

Originally designed for remote maintenance of power substations in rural areas, the Laborer-1 has evolved into a general-purpose industrial humanoid using self-developed motion control algorithms for straight-legged dynamic walking, plus multimodal sensor fusion combining vision and LiDAR for navigation. GLroad collaborates closely with Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) via the Tianwang Innovation Platform. The robot was showcased to Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The company has over 400 employees and more than 35,000 square meters of R&D and manufacturing space.
