TiMOTION Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwanese manufacturer of electric linear actuators and motion-control components, founded in 2006 and headquartered in New Taipei City. The company opened its first manufacturing site in Dongguan, China, the same year and has since built a network of ten or more production facilities and subsidiaries.
TiMOTION's product range covers linear actuators, lifting columns including the FastRise series, height-adjustable desk systems such as the TEKarrc line, gear motors, control boxes, power supplies and accessory controls such as hand controls, foot switches, nursing panels and wireless remotes; its t-sense actuators add integrated load and position sensing. Products are grouped into four segments: Care Motion for hospital beds and medical chairs, Comfort Motion for recliners and TV lifts, Ergo Motion for height-adjustable office desks, and Industrial Motion for agricultural, ventilation, solar-shading and cleaning equipment. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certifications for its Chinese manufacturing operations and supplies components to OEM customers rather than end users.
TiMOTION passed 1,000 employees and shipped its one-millionth actuator by 2012, and now employs more than 2,000 people across facilities in Taiwan, China, Vietnam and Indonesia, with subsidiaries in North America, Japan, France and Australia.
