Robot System Products (RSP), founded in 2003 as a management buyout from ABB Robotics, is a Swedish global leader in industrial robot peripheral products with offices in Sweden, Germany, and China. RSP develops and manufactures tool changers, swivels, hose and cable packages, grippers, valve units, and tool systems for industrial robots. Their patented TrueConnect locking system is featured in all RSP tool changers.
RSP provides dress package solutions for over 100 robot models. In October 2017, majority ownership was acquired by Hubei Huachangda Intelligent Equipment Group (HCD), a Chinese industrial automation company, while RSP retained its brand and operational independence.
