Suzhou maker, founded 2011, of robotic solar-cell, wafer and photonics production equipment; listed in Shenzhen and, from Sept 2026, Hong Kong.
RoboTechnik is a Suzhou automation equipment maker that builds production-line machinery for solar cell plants, semiconductor fabs, optoelectronics and precision electronics, together with its own factory software. Its registered address is No. 3 Ganglang Road in Suzhou Industrial Park, and the company states that it grew between 2011 and 2019 from a small start-up into a listed high-tech enterprise, with research and development centres in China and Germany and a further site in Nantong.
The solar business supplies wet-process machines and robotic loading and unloading automation for PERC, TOPCon and HJT cell lines. Published models include the ET-V8000/15000 wet texturing machine (8,000 to 15,000 wafers per hour), the RCL-I chain-type PSG removal cleaner, the RTA-DIA12000 diffusion, annealing and oxidation loader that uses a six-axis robot to load quartz boats, the RTA-ARK20 series with overhead-crane or IGV boat transfer rated at 20,000 to 30,000, PECVD and PVD coating automation for HJT, and the RTA-SRT-7500 test and sorting system with optional AOI and IV inspection. Breakage rates are specified per wafer size, typically 0.01 to 0.08 percent, with uptime of 98 to 99 percent.
In semiconductors it sells single-wafer wet tools: Optiwet and the Maximus806 for cleaning, developing, stripping, etching and mask cleaning, and Opticoat, Maximus804 and Maximus1203 for spin and spray coating, the last rated for ultra-thin wafers down to 50 micrometres. For precision electronics it builds automotive camera module assembly and test lines (cycle time 10 seconds or less, coupling resolution 0.04 micrometres, four-axis robot assembly with AGV loading) and motor assembly and test lines. Its R2Fab software suite comprises an RMS robot scheduling system, an MCS task system and an ISA-95-based MES.
RoboTechnik took a minority stake in the German photonics assembly and test equipment maker ficonTEC in 2020 and completed a full acquisition in 2025. Silicon photonics assembly and test equipment revenue rose from RMB 50 million in 2024 to RMB 439 million in 2025, 46.3 percent of the total, and ficonTEC has received volume orders for co-packaged optics (CPO) equipment. Citing China Insights Consultancy, the company claims a 20.5 percent share of the global silicon photonics manufacturing equipment market by 2025 revenue. First-half 2026 revenue was RMB 608 million, up 144.8 percent year on year.
The A shares have traded on the Shenzhen ChiNext board under code 300757 since January 2019. In September 2026 the company priced an H-share offering at HK$436 per share, raising about HK$5.18 billion gross, with Hong Kong trading under code 3757 scheduled from 29 September 2026.
Primary type & automation activities this supplier delivers:
Six-axis robot quartz-boat loader for diffusion, annealing and oxidation steps in PERC and TOPCon solar cell lines.
Assembly, active-alignment and test line for automotive camera modules, using four-axis robots and AGV loading.
Factory software suite covering mobile-robot scheduling, task dispatch and ISA-95 MES for cell and wafer plants.
