Richtech Robotics is a U.S. developer and manufacturer of AI-driven service robots, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada and listed on the Nasdaq under ticker RR. Founded in 2016, the company designs autonomous robots for real-world commercial applications across hospitality, food and beverage, retail, logistics, automotive service and commercial cleaning, supported by a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) rental and subscription model.
Its flagship product, ADAM, is a two-armed humanoid-style robot that autonomously prepares and serves beverages such as coffee, tea, boba and cocktails; ADAM has been deployed at venues including NVIDIA headquarters, Walmart and Kennedy Space Center. Other robots include Scorpion, an AI-powered robotic bartender; Titan, an autonomous parts-delivery robot used in automotive dealerships such as Mercedes-Benz of Plano; Matradee and Matradee Plus food-running and delivery robots; Medbot for medical-supply delivery; the DUST-E series of autonomous commercial cleaning robots; and Dex, a mobile humanoid robot debuted at CES 2026. The company reports more than 450 robots deployed, over 1,000 B2B clients, and 11-plus patents over roughly 18 years of operation. Richtech partners with NVIDIA through the NVIDIA Connect program and combines fundamental research with applied engineering to build autonomous service systems. It maintains its headquarters and engineering team in Las Vegas with a supporting engineering office in China, and counts customers including Boyd Gaming, Delaware North, Sodexo, Hilton and Deloitte. Richtech's robots target labor-intensive, repetitive service tasks, positioning automation as a complement to human workers in high-traffic environments.
