US farmer-founded maker of Independence 19 and Revolution R-series agricultural spray drones assembled with US-built electronics, tanks and harnesses.
Revolution Drones USA is a US agricultural spray-drone brand founded by Russell Hedrick, a farmer from Hickory, North Carolina. It sells its drones through a US distributor and dealer network and recruits new dealers through its website.
The brand offers two spray-drone lines. The Independence 19 basic kit, priced at $46,500, includes the drone, a controller, a charger and three batteries. The Revolution Series R-32, R-37 and R-40 kit, priced at $72,500, includes the drone, a controller, a lower tank, six batteries and two chargers. The Independence 19 is a 20-gallon machine that is 78% American-made, and the Revolution R40 is a 40-gallon drone that covers 95-110 acres per hour. The company also lists mapping drones, heavy-lift drones, accessories and drone parts.
The company first planned to build in Brazil but moved production to the United States after the FCC's December 2025 action on foreign drone equipment. Electronics are made in North Carolina, plastics in Nebraska, wiring harnesses in Indiana and tanks in Illinois, with final assembly in North Carolina and the Midwest. Motors and radar were still partly imported. The company sold about 250 units at Husker Harvest Days.
