Percepto is an Israeli autonomous drone company founded in 2014 by Dor Abuhasira, Ariel Avitan, Sagi Blonder and Raviv Raz. Research and development is based in Modi'in, Israel, alongside a US headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Percepto's hardware is built around a drone-in-a-box concept: a fixed docking station shelters the aircraft between flights so it operates without an on-site pilot. The Air Max drone runs in rain, snow, high winds and dust, and carries 24-megapixel RGB and radiometric thermal cameras. The Air Max OGI variant adds onboard optical gas imaging with AI analysis for methane and volatile organic compound leak detection at oil and gas sites. Its software layer, the Autonomous Inspection and Monitoring platform, launched with the 2020 Series B round and schedules drone and ground-robot missions, automates data capture, and runs anomaly- and change-detection analytics on data from Percepto and third-party hardware.

Percepto holds Beyond Visual Line of Sight flight approvals from the FAA, EASA, Transport Canada and Israel's Civil Aviation Authority. Cited customers include Verizon, Enel, Florida Power and Light, and Chevron in energy, oil and gas, and mining. Percepto has raised more than $120 million across three rounds, including a $45 million Series B led by Koch Disruptive Technologies in 2020 and a $67 million Series C.
