The company describes itself as focused on direct-drive, linear-actuation humanoid robotics, covering both core-component development and the research, production, and sale of complete robot systems, with government and industry profiles noting its core technical team has ties to HUST robotics research groups, including work associated with Academician Ding Han's laboratory.

The company is headquartered on the 29th floor of the Wuhan Shuchuang Building along Wuhan's riverside "Shuchuang corridor" innovation district, and it later established a roughly 1,000-square-meter pilot production site, referred to as the "Jingchu Cyber Factory," a short walk from its headquarters tower, operating on an R&D-upstairs, production-downstairs model. Its flagship humanoid platform, described in independent media coverage, stands about 170 centimeters tall, uses a planetary-roller-screw actuation scheme in its lower limbs for low-energy, long-endurance walking and standing, and carries a 20-degree-of-freedom bionic head equipped with high-sensitivity electronic skin, enabling multimodal visual, auditory, and tactile perception along with facial expressions such as blinking, eye movement, smiling, and sadness; the company also offers customized facial appearances generated from 3D face scans.
