Harbin Boshi Automation Co., Ltd. (BOSHIAC) is a Chinese manufacturer of intelligent manufacturing equipment and industrial robots, headquartered in the Harbin Development Zone, Heilongjiang. Founded in 1997, it develops, produces, sells and services robotic equipment and provides complete smart-factory solutions built around its product lines. The company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2012 under the stock code 002698. It operates a national-level enterprise technology centre and has been designated a national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprise; it also describes itself as a member of the China Robot TOP10 Summit and as one of the top ten intelligent manufacturing system solution suppliers in China.
Its product and technology lines are industrial robots, smelting robot equipment, weighing equipment, packaging systems, conveying and inspection equipment, palletizing systems, intelligent logistics systems, rubber post-processing equipment, and energy-saving and environmental protection equipment. These are applied in chemicals, rubber, smelting and ferroalloys, feed, grain, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, building materials, photovoltaics and logistics. Boshi products are used in every province of mainland China and are exported to countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. Recent projects include a silicomanganese alloy furnace-tapping robot supporting the start-up of China's first zero-carbon intelligent ferroalloy plant (August 2026) and an intelligent truck-loading system at PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical's Yulin branch (August 2026). In September 2026 Boshi was selected for the first batch of national emerging-industry development demonstration bases.
In 2025, smart manufacturing equipment and industrial services together accounted for 98% of revenue, with environmental processes and equipment making up the remaining 2%. The company offers technical support, training, spare parts, overhaul and retrofit, maintenance-contract and production-operation services through a national service network with a 24-hour hotline. In investor communications the company says it is deploying inspection robots and integrated operation robots in industrial settings, while its humanoid robot project does not yet meet the conditions for industrialisation. A prototype humanoid, DexBot, has been attributed to BOSHIAC and Harbin Institute of Technology.
