BodenAI (Boden AI) is a training-data company headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang, that supplies data infrastructure and data services for physical/embodied AI, generative AI and large language models, and autonomous driving. In June 2025 Chinese media reported about 80 R&D staff in Ningbo, plus offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, and about 500 enterprise customers, naming Geely, Leapmotor, Avatr, Seres, NVIDIA, China Unicom, Tencent, Alibaba and SenseTime.
Funding includes an angel round of tens of millions of RMB in 2022 from Zhejiang Jianshi Venture Capital; a Series A of about RMB 100 million in June 2025 from Guohe Investment (Shanghai International Group), at a post-money valuation of RMB 700 million; a Series A1 in April 2026; and Series A+ and A++ rounds totalling several hundred million RMB announced in June 2026, with investors including CDH Baifu, Luxin Venture Capital and other institutions. Other investors include Shenzhen Capital Group, Fresh Capital, Lucion Venture Capital and China National Nuclear.
