AND & OR (And & Or, S.L.U.) is a Spanish manufacturer and integrator of packaging and intralogistics automation. The company states it has worked in container handling since 1986 and is based at Avenida de Europa 6, Parque Empresarial El Limón, 41928 Palomares del Río, Sevilla.
Its core business is equipment for plastic container manufacturing, bottling, glass and packaging: blow-molder extraction units, depalletizers, container and pack conveyors, finishing equipment, quality control and inspection systems, handle inserters, closure and cap inserters, case and tray packers, bagging machines, palletizing robots and pallet handling.
Mobile robotics is a separate product line. Three AGV series are offered: the T Series, which tunnels under and pushes carts with a capacity of 1,600 kg; the P Series, a roller-conveyor-top vehicle rated at 2,000 kg; and the F Series, an automated forklift also rated at 2,000 kg. Industry 4.0 and IoT services for process control and monitoring are offered alongside.
The company states more than 2,000 installations and customers in over 90 countries. Offices are listed in Spain, Doral in Florida (United States), Portugal, Belgium, Suzhou in China and Mexico City. AND & OR acquired the Portuguese company ICEBEL, Lda in 2024.
