Wikpol is a Polish robotics and automation integrator based in Konopnica, near Lublin, Poland. Two engineers founded the company in 1991 and registered it as Wikpol Sp. z o.o. in 1995; they remain its owners today. The firm moved into an expanded facility in 2006 and doubled production capacity again in an expansion completed in 2018, and now employs about 100 people.
Wikpol designs and builds robotized palletizing and depalletizing lines, collective packaging lines including case packers for mixed-product packaging, and autonomous mobile robots for pallet and package transport. For sugar mills it supplies raw-material assessment and sorting lines that grade incoming beets, and it also builds automatic sheet-metal warehouses and custom lines engineered to a client's process. Projects are developed in-house, with a dedicated engineering lab and virtual line testing before installation, plus operator training and 24-hour service after commissioning. Wikpol holds FANUC Robotics' Systemic Partner Certificate, a status it states no other Polish company holds, and is certified to EN ISO 9001:2015 through TUV NORD.
The company reports 300-plus clients and 500 completed projects across 32 industries, with more than 200 robots operating in its installed systems. Named customers include Reckitt Benckiser, Nestle, Philip Morris, Ferrero, and Frito-Lay, plus all of Poland's sugar mills.
