Weichai Lovol Intelligent Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese agricultural machinery manufacturer based in Weifang, Shandong. The company is a strategic business unit of Weichai Group and one of the core business segments of Shandong Heavy Industry Group. It traces its history in Weifang to 2004, employs more than 10,000 people and sells its products in over 120 countries and regions. In 2025 and 2026 the company filed listing applications with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Lovol's product range covers tractors, wheat and corn combine harvesters, crawler rice harvesters, rice transplanters, specialised harvesters such as peanut harvesters, and implements for field preparation, planting, field management, straw handling and grain drying, plus transmission products such as axle housings. Export models listed on its international site include the TD904 tractor and the GK120, GV100 (4LZ-8V) and GM100 combine harvesters.
In smart agriculture, Lovol has developed a BeiDou-based unmanned driving system for farm machinery and its own cloud platform. By the end of 2025 its smart-farm system was used on more than 80 standardised smart farms in over 20 provinces, with more than 38,000 platform users. At its Gaomi smart farm, unmanned machines carry out harvesting, stubble clearing and seeding in sequence, and the company offers a new-energy tractor used for driverless ploughing. Reported overseas revenue grew from RMB 1.257 billion in 2023 to RMB 2.384 billion in 2025, and R&D spending exceeded RMB 3 billion during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
