Zhejiang Youlu Robot Technology Co., Ltd., which trades internationally as UDEER.AI, is an embodied intelligence company based in Yuhang District, Hangzhou. It was founded in 2023 by Dr. Chen Junbo, formerly technical lead of the robotics lab at Alibaba DAMO Academy and general manager of DAMO's Xiaomanlv autonomous delivery robot business, and the company says most of its team comes from DAMO Academy. Its website copyright line names UDEER AI PTE. LTD., a Singapore-registered entity, alongside the Zhejiang operating company.

Approach. Youlu builds a general-purpose robot brain rather than a single robot. Its strategy, described as one brain, many forms, is to fit the same intelligence module to existing professional machines so that equipment makers do not have to develop autonomy in-house; the company has claimed this cuts partners' intelligent-upgrade costs by about 60% on average. The brain runs on LPLM, a self-developed, end-to-end multimodal model that the company presents as its second-generation embodied intelligence technology, combining a language model with a model of the physical world (the site metadata references an LPLM-10b version). Youlu has said the model is intended for wheeled, hybrid and humanoid robots.

Products. Master2000 is the plug-and-play general brain: a compute and sensing unit with a universal control interface for professional equipment, designed to support natural-language interaction and non-repetitive tasks in open environments. At the April 2025 Shanghai Auto Show it was shown mounted on CATL's Panshi skateboard chassis. The first application validated and mass-produced on this brain is commercial cleaning. The AI130 commercial patrol-sweeping robot has a 1,300 mm cleaning width, cleaning efficiency of 6,500 square metres per hour, a top working speed of 5 km/h, 2,000 Pa suction, a 130-litre debris bin and a 40-litre water tank. It weighs 500 kg, is rated IPX5, climbs 20% grades, runs four to six hours per charge and carries 254 TOPS of onboard compute with LiDAR, an IMU and cameras. Paired with the WS1 workstation, it docks automatically when its battery falls below 10% and resumes the interrupted task.

Customers and partners. The company's About page lists users and partners including Alibaba, DingTalk, Tongyi Qianwen, State Grid Intelligence, XCMG, China Resources Land, China Merchants Shekou, Greentown Service, CCCC, Shanghai Tower, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Dongfang Electric, Goodman Group, Ezhou Huahu Airport, Jinhua Rail Transit, the Zhejiang Natural History Museum and Chongqing Medical University. In 2025 it reported co-development projects with large manufacturers of logistics vehicles, inspection equipment, forklifts and lawn mowers, and forecast more than 30,000 orders for its commercial cleaning product within three years.

Recognition and funding. The team cites first places in perception benchmarks including nuScenes (2023 to 2025), KITTI (2023 and 2024), Argoverse 2 and ScanNetV2 (2024) and Talk2Car (2023), and industrial design awards from iF, DIA and MUSE for its hardware. CB Insights lists a seed round with Sinovation Ventures, Vision Plus Capital and Baidu Ventures as investors; round amounts have not been disclosed.
