Taipei system integrator (TWSE: 2453, est. 1975) that builds the Ayuda wheeled service robot, a multiple Taiwan Excellence Award winner sold in Japan.
The SYSCOM Group is a Taiwanese system integration and software company founded in Taipei in July 1975 and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2001 under code 2453. Headquartered on Emei Street in Wanhua District, Taipei, it serves telecom, e-government, finance and securities, healthcare, education, manufacturing and retail customers, with operations in Taiwan, Japan, the United States and Southeast Asia. Group members include CASEMaker Inc. in the United States (founded 1990), DBMaker Japan (2002), Syscom Computer (Thailand) (1998), Coach Tech. Management, Netmaker Technology and Syscom Information Engineering. The company has twice achieved CMMI Level 5 appraisal and holds ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 certification for its cloud services. Its in-house software products include the DBMaker database, the OMFLOW process automation engine and the NETCenter IT monitoring platform, and it has supplied ground control and satellite operation systems for Taiwanese satellite programs.
SYSCOM's robotics line is Ayuda, a wheeled intelligent service robot developed in-house since 2020 and manufactured in Taiwan. Ayuda combines a mobile platform with face recognition, human detection, voice recognition and dialogue, video and self-learning map navigation. Its conversational functions draw on NeuroChain, SYSCOM's generative-AI enterprise knowledge base, which lets customers load their own knowledge without sending it to the cloud. Product variants reported for sale include Ayuda Cute (an epidemic-prevention robot), AyudaNano (smart access control equipment) and Ayuda Super (a hospital prescription-refill dispensing machine). Ayuda has received Taiwan Excellence Awards in 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, including Silver Awards in 2021 and 2024.
Japan is the main market for the robot business: Ayuda has been exported there and is used by prefectural and city governments, shopping malls and elder-care centers. SYSCOM has also announced joint development of smart shopping services with Carrefour Taiwan. In 2026 the company said it is focusing on wheeled service robots for retail, catering, transportation and healthcare, pairing Ayuda as a physical worker with its Cubi virtual avatar system, and that it will move into humanoid robots once technology and costs mature. Its US subsidiary handles global sales.
