"Smart Technology Distribution for Western, Central & Eastern Europe"
Vienna B2B tech distributor founded 2009 with 120+ staff; AGIBOT's European humanoid distributor and a reseller of Roborock and Navimow home robots.
Tekpoint GmbH is a business-to-business technology distributor headquartered at Leopold Ungar Platz 2 in Vienna, Austria. It was founded in Vienna in 2009 by Mark Schwarzgorn, who remains owner and chief executive of the Tekpoint Group, and states a staff of more than 120. Besides the Vienna head office it runs a sales office at Am Seestern 8 in Dusseldorf, a logistics centre in Fischamend near Vienna Airport, and a Belgrade entity, West Balkan Distribution Doo, for the Western Balkans. The company does not manufacture products and does not sell to consumers.
Its model is to take brands from brand owners, mostly Asian manufacturers seeking a European route to market, and handle import, EU compliance work (CE, WEEE, GPSR, REACH, battery and packaging rules), warehousing, retail and marketplace listing, fulfilment, trade marketing and returns. It states coverage of 23 countries across Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltics, and lists 54 retail and channel partners, including Amazon, Media Markt, Saturn, Otto, Coolblue, bol.com, Galaxus, Kaufland and telecom operators such as Vodafone, Telefonica, T-Mobile and A1.
Robotics accounts for a defined part of the portfolio of 28 brands. In consumer robots Tekpoint distributes Roborock robot vacuums, mopping robots and the RockMow and RockNeo robotic lawn mowers (covering Germany, Austria and the Benelux), DJI's ROMO robot vacuum series, eufy, ANTHBOT wire-free robotic mowers that use LiDAR, RTK and vision navigation, and Segway's Navimow robotic mowers. Robot vacuum and floor care distribution and robotic lawn mower distribution are listed among its stated areas of expertise.
In 2026 the company set up a dedicated robotics business around AGIBOT, the Chinese humanoid robot maker. Tekpoint describes itself as AGIBOT's regional distributor for Europe, and the two companies signed a strategic master distribution agreement at IFA Berlin in September 2026, where they shared a stand. The robotics unit offers three AGIBOT platforms: the full-size A2 Ultra humanoid, the smaller X2 Ultra and the G2 industrial interactive robot. It sells to resellers, system integrators, research institutions and enterprise customers, and provides use-case evaluation, European supply, EU market-access support, logistics and RMA coordination through a named robotics sales team. Target applications it lists are customer interaction and events, service and interaction, manufacturing evaluation, and research and development.
The rest of the portfolio is non-robotic consumer technology, including Xiaomi and POCO smartphones, Honor devices, Anker charging products, Govee lighting, Rokid smart glasses and several e-scooter brands such as NIU and Mi Scooter. Tekpoint is also partner, co-owner and European distributor of the Icelandic audio company Harmonix. No external funding round has been published; the company describes itself as founder-owned.
