In September 2026 Swiftstrike and the US lidar maker AEye announced a collaboration to integrate AEye's STRATOS long-range lidar into Swiftstrike's autonomous counter-drone systems. The aim is to detect small aerial threats that fly without conventional radio emissions, and so evade RF-based detection, at distances approaching one mile. AEye states that STRATOS has more than double the resolution of its earlier Apollo sensor. No delivery timeline was disclosed.
