Smart Technology Expo is an industrial-technology trade exhibition held annually in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, organized by IGECO (Italian German Exhibition Company Mexico) in partnership with Deutsche Messe, the German organizer of Hannover Messe. The 2026 edition runs November 18-20 at Expo Guadalajara, Av. Mariano Otero 1499.
The exhibition is structured around eight focus tracks: automation and robotics; smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0; motion control and drive systems; artificial intelligence and machine learning in automation; logistics, material handling, and warehouse automation; industrial security and cybersecurity; automation software and systems integration; and drones. Organizers describe attendance of more than 3,000 professional buyers, predominantly executives with purchasing authority at manufacturing, logistics, and technology companies.
Sponsors span Diamond, Platinum, Silver, and Bronze tiers and include Beckhoff, Mitsubishi Electric, and Robustel. Strategic partners include the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), alongside a network of manufacturing and industrial trade-media partners.
