Sanhua Holding Group Co., Ltd. is an industrial group founded in 1984 and headquartered in Xinchang, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China, that grew from a refrigeration components factory into a supplier of control components for climate systems and electric vehicles. The group operates three business segments: refrigeration and air conditioning appliance control components, automotive thermal-management control components (formalized as a distinct unit in 2006), and a financial capital and investment arm.
The automotive division, run through Sanhua Automotive, supplies electronic expansion valves, water pumps, oil pumps, water valves, plate heat exchangers, oil coolers, and water-cooling plates for conventional and electric vehicles, serving automakers and Tier 1 air-conditioning suppliers. More than 10 of the group's product categories rank first worldwide by market share and more than 30 rank in the global top three, with about 70 percent of operating revenue coming from the world's top 30 brand customers.
A listed subsidiary, Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd., trades on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Prior reporting has put group-wide 2024 sales near RMB 62.45 billion and headcount above 25,000 across production bases in China, Vietnam, Thailand, Poland, and Mexico.
