Systems can be configured as standalone units or as complete turnkey feeding solutions integrated with robot technology and optical detection systems. The company delivers up to 2,000 feeding systems per year. Drive unit components and control boxes manufactured by RNA have become the industry standard for OEM and after-market use, available via an online configurator and e-shop with 3D CAD downloads.

In recent years, RNA expanded into digital feeding systems through its subsidiary RNA Digital Solutions GmbH (formerly Hofmann & Stirner Zuführsysteme GmbH), which employs simulation software and artificial intelligence to validate part feeding feasibility from 3D models alone—without requiring a physical part for testing. RNA has also developed an IoT ConnectBox retrofit solution, successfully deployed at the RWTH Aachen University demo factory, which digitizes existing production units by connecting sensor data to an IoT platform and integrating with ERP systems.
