RETIA, a.s. is a Czech defense electronics manufacturer headquartered in Pardubice, Czech Republic, that designs, produces, and modernizes radar systems, command-and-control systems, and ultra-wideband location and communication equipment. Founded in 1993, the company positions itself as the continuation of a radar-manufacturing tradition in Pardubice dating back more than a century to Tesla Pardubice, one of the most significant Central European radar producers of the 20th century. RETIA is a member of CSG (Czechoslovak Group), a Czech defense and industrial holding that reports more than 14,000 employees across over 100 subsidiary companies.

RETIA's product range spans multiple radar bands and system types. Its S-band radars include the ReSAURION medium- and long-range families; its X-band portfolio includes the ReGUARD and ReVISOR radars; and its UWB radar line includes the ReTWIS 5+. The company also builds the ReCUBE ground-based air defense command post, the ReCAM electro-optical vision sensor, the ReSCAN omnidirectional and direction-finding sensors, and the ReJAMM family of omnidirectional and direction-finding electronic-warfare effectors. Software products include RePLAN mission planning software and the ADCCS and BRO command-and-control suites. On the data-security side, RETIA offers the ReNED, ReSEF rack and rugged variants, and ReCRYPT product lines. These building blocks are combined into integrated solutions such as ReCAS, a counter-drone system, the HM ADS short-range air defense system, the SVIX integrated sensor suite, and ReAMIS, an anti-mining and counter-IED system.

In July 2026, RETIA's radar technology was reported as integrated with Axon Vision's EDGE ClearSky counter-drone system for drone detection, extending RETIA's sensor technology into a third-party layered air-defense offering. RETIA holds ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certifications, AQAP 2110, the NATO allied quality assurance publication for design, development, and production, and maintains a National Security Authority clearance for handling classified information up to SECRET level as well as a NATO Secret security clearance, reflecting its role as a supplier to national and allied defense programs. The company is licensed for military equipment trading in the Czech Republic. RETIA's headquarters and primary production site is located at Prazska 341, 530 02 Pardubice, and its main phone line reaches the company's military and security systems department.
