ProbotiQ B.V. (Part of Alamo Group The Netherlands)

ProbotiQ B.V. is a Netherlands-based agricultural robotics and autonomous systems company headquartered in Andelst (Wanraaij 53), Gelderland. The company specializes in developing autonomous control systems and robotics solutions for agriculture and turf management.

ProbotiQ's flagship technology is the Teach & Playback system, a proprietary autonomy platform that enables manned agricultural and turf equipment to operate autonomously by recording a human operator's drive path and then replaying it with centimeter-level repeatability. First released as production units in 2011 following approximately three years of development and field testing, the system was initially applied to Toro Reelmaster 5510 and 5610 fairway mowers for autonomous golf course maintenance. These equipped mowers have cut hundreds of hectares of fairway without operator intervention.

Beyond golf course mowing, ProbotiQ has applied its Teach & Playback technology and the Dynamow autonomous system to the Fendt Vario series agricultural tractors through the Fendt Xpert add-on platform, enabling autonomous driving and operation deeply integrated with Fendt's existing tractor electronics. This system is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to non-specialist operators.

The company also develops precision spraying electronics: ProbotiQ designed and built an electronic control system for smart orchard sprayers that detect the presence and density of tree foliage and automatically adjust the volume of agrochemicals applied, reducing chemical usage, minimizing spray drift, and increasing economic returns. Additionally, ProbotiQ created custom yield mapping software for a commercial potato grower in the Netherlands, enabling real-time on-the-fly yield measurement and display.
