Pantheon Design Ltd. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based manufacturer of high-speed, industrial-grade FFF/FDM 3D printers engineered for factory-floor production of strong composite parts. Founded by a team combining roughly 20 years of experience across aerospace, medical, automotive and film hardware development, the company built its own machines after finding third-party printers inadequate for demanding industrial work. Its patented high-speed printing approach produces large, detailed parts 5-10 times faster than comparable systems while achieving strength comparable to metal in carbon-fiber reinforced materials. The flagship HS3 offers a 300 x 300 x 300 mm build volume with a single 1.75 mm extruder, while the larger HS-Pro provides a 400 x 400 x 300 mm build envelope, an actively heated 60C chamber, 1HP closed-loop servo motors, precision ball screws, and a 7-inch HD touchscreen with WiFi, Ethernet and USB connectivity. The HS-Pro prints engineering materials such as PA-CF, PA-GF, PETG-CF and 95A flexible filament at output rates up to 2 kg per day. Pantheon positions its printers as tools to alleviate supply-chain uncertainty by enabling on-demand, distributed manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, tooling and end-use parts.

The company also operates as a full-service props and special-effects shop, applying its printing technology to feature film production in Vancouver.
