By eliminating large crewed host vessels, the autonomous Armada fleet is designed to cut CO2 emissions by up to around 90% versus conventional oceanographic survey methods. Ocean Infinity gained wide recognition for its searches for missing aircraft Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 and has supported energy, defense and scientific clients. Led by CEO Oliver Plunkett, the privately held company combines vessel autonomy, satellite remote operations, AUV/ROV payloads and data analytics to deliver robotics-as-a-service across marine survey, offshore energy and ocean-data markets.
