Newndra sells into logistics, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and defense, with customers including Flipkart, FM Logistic, Maruti Suzuki, Bosch, Delhivery, Vedanta, and units of the Indian Army and Air Force.

The company holds 12 granted patents covering its exoskeleton designs in India, the United States, China, Russia, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, and has received the National Technology Award and a Top 10 Most Promising Startup honor from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
