Neugart
"We Shape Motion."
Kippenheim, Germany precision gearbox maker founded 1928, family-owned across four generations; supplies planetary gearboxes for robotics.
Neugart GmbH is a family-owned precision gearbox manufacturer headquartered in Kippenheim, Germany, with roots dating to 1928 in nearby Furtwangen in the Black Forest. The company remains independent and is now run by its fourth generation of family ownership.
Neugart designs and manufactures planetary gearboxes, angle gearboxes, rack-and-pinion drive systems, and custom transmissions for robotics, machine tools, packaging, and food-and-beverage automation. Its pro-series line is a high-precision gearbox class built for higher torque, tight synchronism, and fast acceleration in dynamic motion applications, while the NDF and NDFC gearboxes are purpose-built for delta-robot kinematics, offering low backlash and sealed housings suited to washdown and food environments. Customers configure and size drives themselves through Neugart's Tec Data Finder and Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) online tools.
The company manufactures in Kippenheim and at Neugart Planetary Gearboxes (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. in China, and sells through its own engineers and partners worldwide, including offices in the United States, Italy, France, Brazil, and Turkey. Its products are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and Neugart was selected for the Bosch Rexroth Supplier Partnering Program for 2026-2028.
