Nanovel is an Israeli agricultural technology company founded in 2018 by Isaac Mazor, a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Israel KLA before its acquisition by Bruker in 2015. Headquartered at the Mevo Carmel Industrial Park in Ramot Menashe, Nanovel develops an autonomous tractor-drawn robotic harvester for tree fruits. The system uses robotic arms equipped with computer vision and AI to precisely grip, snip, and collect ripe fruits such as citrus, stone fruit, avocado, and mango in dense foliage environments.
Current models support up to four simultaneous picking arms with plans to scale to eight. Mazor personally funded the company for its first two years before securing seed funding. The company has filed patents covering its selective harvesting technology.
