Matrox Imaging, founded in 1976 by Lorne Trottier and Branko Matic as Matrox Electronic Systems and headquartered in Dorval, Quebec, Canada, is an industry-leading developer of machine vision hardware and software components. The company pioneered frame grabbers in the early 1980s. Its product portfolio includes frame grabbers supporting CoaXPress 2.0, Camera Link, and GigE Vision interfaces; smart cameras; 3D sensors; vision controllers; and I/O cards.

Software offerings include the Aurora Imaging Library (formerly Matrox Imaging Library, MIL) SDK and the Aurora Design Assistant flowchart-based development IDE. Matrox Imaging technology is deployed in factory automation, semiconductor inspection, electronics packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, robotics, radiology, and microscopy. In June 2022, Matrox Imaging was acquired by Zebra Technologies for approximately $875 million.

The division continues to operate from its Montreal-area headquarters with a global distribution network spanning over 25 countries.
