Long New Plastic Steel Mold Co., Ltd., the founding company of LONG NEW GROUP, was established in 1984 in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and specializes in producing precision molds and plastic injection molding for customers worldwide. Its services span tooling manufacture for both prototype and production, production molding, tool maintenance and modification, secondary operations including printing, painting, assembling and packaging, and OEM/ODM and turnkey manufacturing. The group operates affiliated entities including Long New Technology & Research (2001), Fast New Precision Plastic Steel Mold in Dongguan, China (2007) and Longnew Engineering (India) Private Limited (2024). Within robotics and automation, Long New provides OEM/ODM injection molding for robot and electronic enclosures, including a documented food delivery robot housing program, as well as plastic covers and parts for barcode printers, remote control panels, WiFi devices and similar electromechanical products.
The company also designs and sells a finished robotic consumer product, the RXT-1 STRYK striking robot, a full-body interactive martial arts and cardiovascular training machine with an LED touchscreen control unit, foam-padded striking arms and intelligent software offering practice, sparring and combo training modes. Manufacturing capabilities include in-house engineering and design, plastic injection mold tooling, plastic injection molding, and blow molding, supported by its own equipment. Long New additionally produces eco-friendly non-toxic tableware, packaging services such as shrink sleeves and film printing, and a range of plastic products. The company exhibits at international trade fairs including the Taipei International Smart Mold and Die Industry Fair and Rosmould.
