KOCH Industrieanlagen GmbH
Dernbach, Germany robot integrator founded 1978 by Reinhard Koch; certified KUKA system partner since 2003 with 110+ employees.
KOCH Industrieanlagen GmbH is a robot systems integrator headquartered in Dernbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Reinhard Koch founded the company in 1978 as a sales and engineering office for conveyor and automation equipment in nearby Neuwied, converted it into a dedicated robot systems house in 1993, and it became a certified KUKA system partner in 2003. Ulli Koch has served alongside Reinhard Koch as managing director since 2005.
The company builds robot systems using KUKA articulated-arm and SCARA robots, and also services ABB industrial robots, for palletizing, depalletizing, machine loading and unloading, packaging, filling, and order-picking applications. It designs grippers and robot end-effectors in-house and writes its own control and software modules for each installation. KOCH delivered its 100th robot system in 2007 and its 200th in 2008, and its customers include BASF and Haribo alongside smaller manufacturers in food, chemicals, and consumer goods.
KOCH Industrieanlagen employs more than 110 people and reports annual revenue of roughly 20 to 25 million euros. Its service arm, marketed as KOCH Robotersysteme, provides maintenance, retrofits, and telephone support for KUKA and ABB installations through a remote diagnostics platform called KOCH Smart-Remote-Service.

Palletizing Robot System
