Kinco Electric (Shenzhen) Ltd., trading as Kinco Automation, traces its origin to 1996 as Shenzhen Stepper Technology Ltd. and now designs and manufactures components for industrial automation and robotics. Kinco has been listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 688160) since 2020 and operates research centers in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Changzhou, and Chengdu alongside manufacturing bases in Shenzhen and Changzhou, with an added facility completed in Changzhou in 2024.
Kinco's human-machine interface line includes the FUTURE Series 2, Green Series 2, and Mass Series touch panels in resistive and capacitive versions. Its programmable logic controllers span the K6S modular, K6 standard, and K2 economy series, supplemented by AK84X motion controllers. Servo products include the FD6P and FD5P AC servo drives and FD1X5S / OD1X5S low-voltage drives supporting MODBUS, CANopen, and EtherCAT communication. For robotics specifically, Kinco produces FMH, FMK, and FMC frameless torque motors and joint modules, plus an integrated servo wheel module introduced in 2022.
The company holds 143 patents and 99 software copyrights, and its distribution network spans more than 100 domestic service providers and over 70 international partners across more than 70 countries, including Anaheim Automation in the United States and a dedicated Kinco India operation.
