JIREH Industries is a Canadian manufacturer of non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection equipment, including manual scanners, motorized scanners, and robotic inspection systems. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Ardrossan, Alberta (east of Edmonton), the company began as a manufacturer of custom automated equipment and has grown into a global supplier to the oil and gas, power generation, renewable energy, and aerospace industries. The company name derives from the Hebrew phrase 'Jehovah Jireh,' meaning 'The Lord Provides.'
JIREH's core competency is ultrasonic testing (UT) scanner design and manufacture. Its product lines span automated corrosion scanners for fast wall-thickness evaluation, motorized weld scanners for high-accuracy inspection, manual encoded corrosion scanners, motorized tank and vessel scanners, and advanced inspection equipment. These systems are used globally to inspect pipes, pressure vessels, storage tanks, boiler tubes, concrete, HDPE pipe, and other industrial infrastructure components. Applications include weld inspection, corrosion mapping, surface analysis, and remote visual inspection.
In addition to scanners, JIREH has developed custom robotic solutions for inspection and maintenance tasks in demanding environments. The company's Multis robotic system — a pipeline inspection robot capable of moving circumferentially and longitudinally along pipelines without disassembly — was showcased at ASNT 2025 and is currently in validation, with commercial launch expected in late 2026 or early 2027.
JIREH expanded internationally with a sales office in Houston, Texas in 2014, and a second sales office in Rotterdam, Netherlands in 2018, reflecting its strong presence in North American and European energy markets. The company supplies equipment for advanced ultrasonic testing, and its technology is deployed in infrastructure inspections worldwide.
