"Intelligent Innovative Inspection Solutions"
Stutensee, Germany NDT firm formed 2022 from Innospection Germany's R&D arm (founded 1999); MagControl and eddy-current systems inspect subsea risers.
InnetiQs GmbH is a German non-destructive testing technology company headquartered in Stutensee, Baden-Wurttemberg. The company was formed in 2022 when Innospection Germany GmbH, the R&D and production arm of the Innospection Group founded in 1999 by Andreas Boenisch, was taken over by InnetiQs GmbH, a privately held, family-owned business; the transition carried over the existing engineering, data-analysis and field-service staff intact.
The company develops electromagnetic non-destructive testing methods paired with robotic scanning equipment, including eddy-current testing, its own MagControl technology (also called SLOFEC or MEC), pulsed eddy-current testing and ultrasonic inspection, built for water depths up to 2,500 meters. Applications include subsea flexible and rigid risers, caissons, conductors, offshore structures, subsea pipelines, splash-zone sections, and onshore pipe networks, serving oil and gas from upstream through downstream as well as process and manufacturing sectors.
InnetiQs is led by managing director Andreas Boenisch, with Dr. Konrad Reber directing research and development and Sebastian Hartmann managing projects and sales; Dr. Cesar Boynard heads the Brazilian branch in Campos dos Goytacazes. The company completed a flexible-riser assessment project with Nigeria's FADFAE Engineering by end 2024 and takes part in the Pipeline Technology Conference.
Primary type & automation activities this supplier delivers:
Robotic electromagnetic scanner using proprietary MagControl technology for high-resolution corrosion detection in subsea flexible risers.
