Hiproject is a Slovenian industrial engineering company based in Slovenske Konjice that designs and builds heat treatment equipment and production automation, and since 2025 distributes and integrates humanoid and service robots across the Western Balkans. It was founded in 2018 and is registered as HIPROJECT d.o.o. under activity code 71.129 (engineering activities and technical consulting). Offices are at Stari trg 9 and a warehouse and assembly site at Delavska cesta 12b, both in Slovenske Konjice. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification issued by Bureau Veritas in 2021.
Its industrial business covers six lines. Heat treatment systems include chamber, continuous, pit, car-bottom and aluminium furnaces plus quenching baths, built to the customer's process and temperature requirements; since 2024 it has supplied equipment able to run on 100 percent hydrogen. Robotics and automation projects take production lines from concept through commissioning, including special-purpose machines and custom automated lines. Manipulator and line solutions handle loading and unloading, lifting, stacking, transfer and sorting of parts. Turnkey projects combine mechanical and electrical design with programming. A service unit has offered maintenance for large plants since 2022, with 8/5 to 24/7 support, repairs and retrofits, and since 2023 the company has acted as a representative and reseller of industrial equipment. Reference customers named on its site include steelmaker SIJ Acroni and Aquafil SLO, and the company lists aerospace, space, automotive and heavy industry among the sectors it serves.
Robotics is organised under the HIPROBOT unit of the HIPRO GROUP, which also includes the HIPROHUB Industry 5.0 institute. Hiproject became an official distributor of humanoid robot brands in 2025 and in 2026 signed an exclusive distribution and integration agreement with UBTECH covering Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia, taking on application development, integration, training and service. UBTECH launched the Walker C1 humanoid in Slovenia with Hiproject at the MOS trade fair, reported in September 2026, where a Cruzr S2 service robot also appeared. The HIPROBOT catalogue lists UBTECH models U1 Ultra, Walker S2 MAX, Walker C1, Cruzr Y1 and Tien Kung 3.0, and AGIBOT models A3 Ultra, G2, the D1 Max quadruped and the C5 cleaning robot, and it describes Hiproject as official distributor and integrator for both brands. The company is recruiting a humanoid robot programmer and is seeking local partners in each market of its territory.
