HIGEN RNM Co., Ltd. is a South Korean motor and motion specialist headquartered in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, with a sales office in Seoul and a motor-component factory in Qingdao, China. The company traces its roots to the motor business unit of LG Electronics established in 1963, became an independent corporation in 2008, and in October 2023 changed its name from HIGEN MOTOR to HIGEN RNM to signal its expansion into robotics and mobility. With more than sixty years of motor expertise, HIGEN RNM develops and manufactures general-purpose motors, servo systems, robot drive modules, and electric-vehicle motors and inverters. It was the first company in Korea to domestically produce servo motors and is the only domestic manufacturer producing servo motors up to the 75kW class, having developed Korea's first high-output 75kW-class drive controller, with development underway for servo motors up to 290kW.

The company's servo systems pair motors with drives for precise motion control, while its robot drive modules and actuators are designed specifically for robotics applications. HIGEN RNM supplies actuation components for a broad range of next-generation robots, including collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), quadruped robots, humanoid robots, and wearable or exoskeleton-type robots. By combining its Changwon technical and manufacturing competitiveness with cost-competitive component production in Qingdao, the company serves industrial automation, robotics, and electric-mobility customers. Its positioning as a core motion-and-actuation supplier makes it a key enabler of robot joints, drive trains, and precision motion for manufacturers building advanced robotic platforms in Korea and abroad.
