"Havoc AI, which now brands itself simply as Havoc, builds collaborative autonomy software and the uncrewed vehicles that run it, so that a single operator can task tens to thousands of assets at sea, in the air and on land. It was founded in January 2024 and is headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, with the main site at Rumford and further offices in Austin and San Diego. The software stack is the company's stated centre of gravity: Havoc OS is an edge autonomy runtime that runs on heterogeneous third-party platforms, Havoc C2 is the one-to-many command interface, Havoc Connect is a peer-to-peer mesh for operating through degraded or denied communications, and Havoc Insights adds analytics and decision support. The company reports 24 platform integrations, more than 25,000 hours of autonomous testing and deployment, and over 200 billion collected data points.

Maritime remains the largest hardware line. Rampage is a small attritable, modular and self-righting surface vessel with solar recharging that can launch from an unimproved shoreline. Kaikoa 19, built with PacMar Technologies, is a modular vessel for demanding sea states that ships in a single TEU container with its trailer. Viper, from Tideman, uses a corrosion-resistant HDPE hull for high-speed distributed operations. Atlas 100 is the high-endurance end of the range, carrying up to four TEU containerised payloads and a maximum 85,000 lb payload while operating 60 to 90 days between repairs. More than 100 autonomous surface vessels have been built and deployed, with over 30 delivered to the US Department of Defense, and the company has demonstrated to both the Navy and the Army.

Two acquisitions announced on 11 March 2026 extended the company beyond the water. Mavrik of Long Beach, California, founded by Max Owens, brings Group 1 and Group 3 unmanned aircraft, sold as the Locust line. Teleo of Palo Alto, California, founded by Vinay Shet, brings supervised autonomy for heavy machinery used in construction, mining, logistics and distributed mobility, and now trades as Teleo by Havoc; the same supervision architecture is being applied to defence logistics and convoy operations. Terms were not disclosed for either deal. Partners include Lockheed Martin, PacMar Technologies, Metal Shark, Ilmor, Tocaro Blue, Rune Technologies, and Hanwha Systems, with which Havoc agreed in January 2026 to develop 200-foot autonomous surface vessels.

Funding has come in two large tranches. An approximately USD 85 million round closed in October 2025, led by B Capital with In-Q-Tel, Lockheed Martin, Hanwha, Taiwania Capital, Vanderbilt University, UP.Partners, Island Green Capital, Zero Infinity Partners, Scout Ventures and Outlander Ventures. A USD 100 million round announced on 12 May 2026 and labelled Series A was led by CCM Capital Markets, Clear Street, Cobalt Capital and Boardman Bay Capital Management, with SAIC, The Veteran Fund, JA Green and prior backers participating, bringing the total raised to roughly USD 200 million since 2024."
